• If you lose more than 30 points in the Unit inspectable area, you fail the NSPIRE inspection. While we have gone over many Unit and Inside deficiencies in the first 6 Webinars, this one and the next go over deficiencies we have not yet discussed such as Bathroom, Kitchen, Ceiling, and Floor Standards.
