Ensuring compliance with HUD’s EIV requirements is essential for multifamily property owners, managing agents, and onsite staff. This training provides a comprehensive understanding of the required contents for EIV Policies and Procedures, covering both Master and Tenant reports, so your team can confidently meet HUD standards. With recent regulatory changes under HOTMA, it’s critical to identify necessary updates to keep your policies aligned with the latest requirements. Additionally, understanding how EIV Policies and Procedures interact with other property documents helps streamline compliance and operational efficiency.
Avoiding costly Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) findings is a top priority, and this training highlights common MOR compliance issues while offering proactive strategies to prevent them. Proper retention and disposal of EIV reports are equally important, and participants will learn HUD’s specific requirements for securely managing these sensitive documents. By equipping your team with this knowledge, you can ensure compliance, reduce risk, and create a more efficient property management process. Whether you’re developing new policies or refining existing ones, this training delivers the insights you need to navigate HUD regulations with confidence.
