Each year, HUD invests billions of federal dollars into distressed communities across the country for projects. Projects include, Building and rehabilitating housing, improving a variety of infrastructures, building community centers, Helping families achieve stability and advancement. Procurement and HUD Section 3 go hand in hand when public housing authorities are required to fulfill contracts, train or directly employ low-income individuals and the businesses that employ these persons within their community. This training course will give you a better understanding of the requirements, reporting compliance and selecting contracts with a clear statement of work.
